MISIG–the most important stretch in golf

We all strive towards more flexibility, especially as we age. And we know that flexibility can lead to more distance and consistency with our golf games. So any device that can make stretching easier and more motivating is a device worth knowing about and possibly trying. MISIG is such a device. Once you get the hang of attaching it to your arm and stretching the elastic band keeping your right arm straight at the top of the backswing, it’s relatively easy to feel the burn. How much burn is entirely up to you, and can be modified by how far you stretch the band going back and how fast you use the device.

Does it work? It has for me. I’ve increased my distance for driver and irons considerably, and will continue using MISIG regularly. The cost is reasonable, instructions are clear, and the elastic bands come in varied color-coded strengths. They even have several suitable for seniors, upon request. Check out this device at https://feelthestretch.com .
